1. Scope of Services
Daily, weekly, or monthly vehicle rentals
Booking confirmation within 2 hours (standard), 24 hours (special)
Optional fuel inclusion and route customization
24/7 client support
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate booking details (date, vehicle type, destination)
Treat GLS vehicles with care and respect
Inform GLS of cancellations/changes at least 12 hours in advance
Comply with all local traffic laws and regulations
3. GLS Responsibilities
Provide roadworthy, clean, insured vehicles
Ensure trained, licensed drivers
Replace vehicles within 5 hours (urban) or 10 hours (rural) in case of breakdown
Maintain confidentiality of client data
4. Booking & Payments
Payments are due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
Fuel costs, when not included, are the responsibility of the client
Late vehicle delivery over 30 minutes: eligible for a 5% discount
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a fee
5. Use Restrictions
Clients may not sublet or allow unauthorized persons to operate GLS vehicles
Clients may not use vehicles for illegal purposes or outside agreed geographical limits
6. Liability
GLS is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
Liability for accidents or damage due to client negligence will be borne by the client
7. Dispute Resolution
Service concerns should first be directed to the assigned account manager
If unresolved, escalation can follow up to GLS Management within 24 hours
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon
9. Changes to Terms
GLS reserves the right to update these Terms
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
